What data we process

• Enquiries. If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process your name, email and what you write, in order to reply and follow up.
• Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used.
• Marketing. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure and tailor ads.
• Blog views. We count aggregate page views per blog post. These are anonymous counters with no cookies or personal data.

Cookies and consent

Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default. We use Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or marketing services load before you have consented. You choose in the consent banner, and can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing this site’s browser storage. Necessary functional cookies (so the site works) are set regardless of consent.

Third parties

With consent, data is shared with Google (Analytics/Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook Pixel) as data processors. Blog views are stored with Supabase. These process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to follow up on the conversation and any customer relationship. Analytics and marketing data are kept according to the services’ standard retention periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and you can object to or request restriction of processing. Contact us at kontakt@maestromedia.no. You can also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
